Easy in a Bread Maker Heart-shaped Doughnuts
- 240 grams Strong bread flour
- 60 grams Cake flour
- 30 grams Sugar
- 4 grams Salt
- 45 grams Butter
- 6 grams Baking powder
- 6 grams Dry yeast
- 1 Egg (whole)
- 145 grams Milk
- Put the ingredients in the bread maker, set it to bread dough mode, and switch it on!
- Punch down the dough, divide it into 10 pieces and form neatly into balls.
- Let them sit for 10 minutes.
- Press the balls flat in your palms one by one to around 9 cm.
- Use a cookie cutter to cut out a heart shape in the centre.
- The second rising (35-40C) takes 15 minutes!
- After the rising, fry them in oil at 170C, coat with granulated sugar, and they're done.
