Herbed baked potatoes a
- 6 medium potatoes
- 2 garlic cloves
- 3 Springs of tyme
- 10 leaves of sage
- 2 tbsp chopped Italian parsley
- 1/2 cup olive oil, extra virgin
- 1/2 tsp pepper corns
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 3 sprigs of rosemary
- Wash and cut up potatoes and cover with salted water and bring to boil and cook for about 10min
- Put your herbs and a 1/2 your oil salt and pepper in a mortar and pessal and grind.
- Put drained part cooked potatoes , herbs, paprika and as much oil as you think in a plastic bag and shake and rub.
- Ensuring well coated.
- Put some baking paper on a tray and spread coated potatoes over and bake in a 180AF oven for about 20 min depending on size of potatoes.
- Serve as a side with some sour cream.
