Herbed baked potatoes a

  1. Wash and cut up potatoes and cover with salted water and bring to boil and cook for about 10min
  2. Put your herbs and a 1/2 your oil salt and pepper in a mortar and pessal and grind.
  3. Put drained part cooked potatoes , herbs, paprika and as much oil as you think in a plastic bag and shake and rub.
  4. Ensuring well coated.
  5. Put some baking paper on a tray and spread coated potatoes over and bake in a 180AF oven for about 20 min depending on size of potatoes.
  6. Serve as a side with some sour cream.
  7. Yum
