Western Bars

  1. Heat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Heat oil in medium nonstick skillet on medium heat.
  3. Add onions; cook and stir 3 min.
  4. Add peppers; cook and stir 3 min.
  5. or until crisp-tender.
  6. Remove from heat.
  7. Unroll crescent dough onto bottom of 13x9-inch pan; press dough to cover bottom of pan while firmly pressing perforations together to seal.
  8. Prick with fork at 1-inch intervals.
  9. Bake 8 min.
  10. or until lightly browned.
  11. Meanwhile, coarsely chop 2 Kraft Singles.
  12. Top crust with remaining (whole) Singles, ham and vegetables.
  13. Shake egg carton well.
  14. (Or, lightly whisk eggs in bowl.)
  15. Pour eggs over vegetables; top with chopped Singles.
  16. Bake 30 min.
  17. or until centre is set.
  18. Cool 5 min.
  19. before cutting into bars.
