Cherry Berries On A Cloud Recipe

  1. Preheat oven at 275 degrees.
  2. Grease a 13 x 9 x 2 pan.
  3. Beat egg whites, cream of tartar and salt till frothy.
  4. Gradually beat in 1 3/4 c. sugar.
  5. Beat till stiff, about 15 min.
  6. Spread in pan and bake one hour.
  7. Turn off oven and leave meringue till cold.
  8. Mix cream cheese with 1 c. sugar and 1 tsp.
  9. vanilla.
  10. Gently mix in whipped cream, lowfat sour cream and marshmallows.
  11. Pour over meringue crust and chill overnight.
  12. Cut in serving pcs and top with cherry and berry topping.
