Cherry Berries On A Cloud Recipe
- 6 egg whites
- 1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 c. whipping cream, whipped
- 1 3/4 c. sugar
- 6 ounce. pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- 2 c. miniature marshmallows
- Preheat oven at 275 degrees.
- Grease a 13 x 9 x 2 pan.
- Beat egg whites, cream of tartar and salt till frothy.
- Gradually beat in 1 3/4 c. sugar.
- Beat till stiff, about 15 min.
- Spread in pan and bake one hour.
- Turn off oven and leave meringue till cold.
- Mix cream cheese with 1 c. sugar and 1 tsp.
- vanilla.
- Gently mix in whipped cream, lowfat sour cream and marshmallows.
- Pour over meringue crust and chill overnight.
- Cut in serving pcs and top with cherry and berry topping.
