Go-Greek Chicken
- 4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb./450 g)
- 1/4 cup Bull's-Eye Bold Original Barbecue Sauce
- 2 large pita breads (12 inch), cut in half
- 4 leaf lettuce leaves
- 1 small red onion, cut into 8 slices
- 1/2 cup Cracker Barrel Crumbled Feta Cheese with Oregano, Sun Dried Tomatoes and Black Pepper
- Heat barbecue to medium-high heat.
- Grill chicken 14 min.
- or until done (170 degrees F), turning after 7 min.
- and brushing occasionally with barbecue sauce.
- Slice chicken.
- Fill pita halves with chicken, lettuce and onions; top with cheese.
