Peanut Butter Pretzel Pie

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Crush pretzels.
  3. You can do this in a food processor or with a ziploc bag & rolling pin.
  4. You can crush the pretzels super fine or leave them a bit coarse for some texture.
  5. Combine crumbs, sugar and butter.
  6. Press firmly into a 9" pie pan.
  7. Bake for 8 minutes.
  8. Cool completely before filling.
  9. In a large mixing bowl - whip cream cheese until light and creamy.
  10. Beat in sugar and peanut butter.
  11. Slowly pour milk in and beat until smooth.
  12. Fold in whipped topping - mix well.
  13. Pour into pie crust.
  14. Refrigerate over night before serving.
  15. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
  16. Crush extra crumbs and sprinkle on top of each slice.
  17. Enjoy : )
