Pineapple Or Lemon Cheesecake Recipe

• 1 (8 ounce.) pkg. cream cheese
• 2 c. lowfat milk
• 1 graham cracker pie shell
• 1 pkg. Jello instant pudding (pineapple or possibly lemon)

1. Stir cream cheese till soft.
2. Gradually blend in 1/2 c. lowfat milk till creamy.
3. Add in remaining lowfat milk and pudding mix.
4. Beat slowly with egg beater 1 minute.
5. Pour into graham cracker crust.
6. Trim top with any topping, such as cherry pie mix.
