Nectarine Vinaigrette

• 1 Nectarine
• 2 tsp White wine vinegar
• 1 Salt
• 1 White pepper
• 1 tsp Honey
• 1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil

1. Prepare the nectarines like avocados: cutting in half around the seed, pull apart, remove the seed, peel, and chop.
2. Pulverize Step 1 with a stick blender, then mix with wine vinegar, salt, pepper, and honey.
3. Check the taste and blend while adding olive oil.
