Chic Roasted Chicken
- 4 whole Chicken Leg Quarters
- 4 teaspoons Sea Salt
- 1 teaspoon Fresh Ground Black Pepper
- 1 sprig Rosemary
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F. Lightly oil your cooking vessel.
- Rinse and pat dry your chicken leg quarters.
- Sprinkle liberally with salt all over (1 teaspoon per leg quarter, or more or less to taste), and then sprinkle with pepper (utilizing more or less to taste).
- If you are so inclined, break apart your sprig of fresh rosemary and distribute over the surface of the chicken legs.
- Cook for 45 minutes, basting the leg quarters at least twice during that time with the pan juices.
