Peachy Ham Slices Recipe
- 4 slices pre-cooked ham (1/2 to 3/4 inch thick)
- 1 pound can sliced peaches, undrained
- 2 tbsp. sugar
- 2 teaspoon cornstarch
- 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 c. orange juice
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tbsp. butter
- Drain peaches; reserve 1/2 c. syrup; set aside.
- Combine and mix sugar, cornstarch, and nutmeg.
- Add in peach syrup, orange juice, lemon juice; stir lump free.
- Heat butter in skillet; brown ham on both sides.
- Remove ham from skillet and keep hot.
- Add in cornstarch mix to skillet; cook till thickened and clear, stirring constantly.
- Add in ham and peaches; heat thoroughly.
