Onion-Cilantro Relish

• 1 bunch fresh cilantro, leaves only
• 1 bunch radish, trimmed and cut in 1/4-inch dice
• 1 large white onion, peeled and cut in 1/4 inch dice

1. Combine all ingredients and toss to mix.
2. Serve within 2 hours of making.
