Stuffed Pepper Soup

  1. Brown ground beef and drain.
  2. Add remaining ingredients, except rice.
  3. Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer 30 to 40 minutes, or until peppers and onions are tender.
  4. Add cooked rice.
  5. Heat thoroughly and serve.
