Grilled Salmon BLT

  1. Mix mayo and lemon zest until blended.
  2. For each serving: Brush 1 tsp.
  3. oil evenly onto both sides of 1 fish fillet; season with 1/8 tsp.
  4. salt.
  5. Grill 5 min.
  6. on each side or until fish flakes easily with fork.
  7. Brush 1 side of each of 2 bread slices with 1/2 tsp.
  8. of the remaining oil.
  9. Place, oiled side-down on grill; cook until toasted.
  10. Remove from grill.
  11. Spread untoasted sides evenly with 1 Tbsp.
  12. mayo mixture.
  13. Fill with 2 bacon slices, 1 fish fillet, 3 tomato slices and 1 lettuce leaf to make sandwich.
