Grilled Salmon BLT
- 1 cup KRAFT Mayo with Olive Oil Reduced Fat Mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup lemon zest
- 2/3 cup extra virgin olive oil, divided
- 16 each skinless salmon fillets (8 oz.) Walmart Supercenter 1 lb For $6.94 thru 02/14
- 2 tsp. salt
- 32 slices caraway rye bread slices
- 32 slices OSCAR MAYER 18-22 Slice Count Raw Bacon Flat Pak, cooked Rite Aid 2 For $7.00 thru 02/06
- 16 each romaine lettuce leaves
- 48 slices beefsteak tomato slices
- Mix mayo and lemon zest until blended.
- For each serving: Brush 1 tsp.
- oil evenly onto both sides of 1 fish fillet; season with 1/8 tsp.
- salt.
- Grill 5 min.
- on each side or until fish flakes easily with fork.
- Brush 1 side of each of 2 bread slices with 1/2 tsp.
- of the remaining oil.
- Place, oiled side-down on grill; cook until toasted.
- Remove from grill.
- Spread untoasted sides evenly with 1 Tbsp.
- mayo mixture.
- Fill with 2 bacon slices, 1 fish fillet, 3 tomato slices and 1 lettuce leaf to make sandwich.
