Chocolate Chip Crackers Recipe

  1. Line non-greased baking sheet with saltines.
  2. Combine brown sugar and butter in small saucepan.
  3. Boil for about 5 min (to soft ball stage).
  4. Pour mix over crackers, spreading proportionately with spoon.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 5 min.
  6. Remove from oven and sprinkle with chips and nuts.
  7. When chips begin to heat you can chill for 5 min or possibly so to speed setting time.
  8. When set, break apart with fingers and serve like peanut brittle.
