Strawberry Mold

• 1 (3 ounce) package strawberry Jell-O gelatin dessert
• 1 (8 ounce) container plain nonfat yogurt
• 1 cup water
• 1 (10 ounce) container frozen strawberries

1. Prepare jello with 1 cup.
2. of water.
3. Put strawberries in either a blender or processor and blend till smooth.
4. Add yogurt and blend, then add jello mixture and blend.
5. Refrigerate till mixture is jelled and not runny.
6. Serve and enjoy.
