Brazilian Coffee Recipe

• 4 c. warm chocolate
• 1/2 c. black coffee (made strong)
• 1 c. brandy or possibly rum
• 1/2 c. heavy cream, whipped with 1 teaspoon sugar

1. Heat chocolate, coffee and brandy together.
2. Place spoonful (or possibly more) of whipped cream on top and serve.
3. Makes 4-5 servings.
