Chocolate Snowman Hats
- 1 tablespoon Land O Lakes Butter
- 1 (1-ounce) square semi-sweet baking chocolate
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 to 2 tablespoons milk
- 12 (4-inch) strips fruit leather rolls, each cut in half lengthwise
- 24 marshmallows
- Candy flowers
- White decorator gel
- 24 dark chocolate wafer cookies
- White edible glitter or sparkling sugar, if desired
- Decorator sprinkles, if desired
- Combine butter and chocolate in bowl; microwave 1 minute; stir.
- Continue microwaving, stirring every 15 seconds, 50-60 seconds or until chocolate is melted and smooth.
- Add powdered sugar and enough milk for desired spreading consistency; beat at medium speed until creamy.
- Place small dot of frosting on each end of 1 strip fruit roll.
- Wrap strip around lower half of 1 marshmallow, pressing ends together.
- Repeat with remaining strips fruit roll and marshmallows.
- Attach candy flowers to each marshmallow with white gel.
- If desired, add dot of gel to center of each flower.
