Double Chocolate Mousse
- 1 pkg. (4 oz.) BAKER'S Bittersweet Chocolate, broken into pieces
- 2 oz. BAKER'S White Chocolate, broken into pieces
- 2 cups thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping
- Melt chocolates in medium microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1-1/2 to 2 min.
- or until almost melted; stir until completely melted.
- Cool 10 min.
- or to room temperature, stirring occasionally.
- Whisk in 1-1/2 cups COOL WHIP.
- Pipe or spoon into 6 dessert dishes.
- Refrigerate 1 hour.
- Garnish with remaining COOL WHIP just before serving.
