Caramel Apple Dip Recipe

• 1 pkt (8-ounce) cream cheese
• 1/2 c. Apple butter*
• 1/4 c. Brown sugar
• 1/2 tsp Vanilla
• 1/2 c. Peanuts, minced Apples

1. Place all ingredients except peanuts and apples in a bowl.
2. Mix till smooth.
3. Stir in minced peanuts.
4. Chill.
5. Just before serving, slice apples, arrange around dip and serve.
6. *variation: Substitute 1 can (8oz) crushed pinapple, liquid removed for the apple butter.
