Herbed Boursin Cheese Spread
- 16 ounces, weight Philadelphia Cream Cheese
- 8 ounces, weight Feta Cheese
- 1/4 cups Heavy Cream
- 1 clove Garlic (large, Pressed Or Finely Minced)
- 1/4 cups Fresh Basil Leaves, Minced
- 1/4 cups Parsley, Minced
- 4 stalks Green Onion, Thinly Sliced
- Cracked Pepper
- Soften cheeses to ease mixing, then mix all ingredients together till well blended and refrigerate.
- Thats it.
- If you want more seasoning, be my guest.
- Just dont wimp out on the garlic.
- Use a nice, hefty clove.
- I like to freshly crack pepper so big pepper pieces are throughout.
- You can make it in advance and let the mixture of flavors get happy in the fridge for a while prior to serving.
- It never hangs around long enough to really put it to the test, but it keeps for a nice bit of time.
