Herbed Boursin Cheese Spread

  1. Soften cheeses to ease mixing, then mix all ingredients together till well blended and refrigerate.
  2. Thats it.
  3. If you want more seasoning, be my guest.
  4. Just dont wimp out on the garlic.
  5. Use a nice, hefty clove.
  6. I like to freshly crack pepper so big pepper pieces are throughout.
  7. You can make it in advance and let the mixture of flavors get happy in the fridge for a while prior to serving.
  8. It never hangs around long enough to really put it to the test, but it keeps for a nice bit of time.
