Cinnabon Cinnamon Rolls
- 2 eggs, room temp.
- 1 cup warm milk
- 1/3 cup melted margarine
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 4 1/2 cup bread flour
- 2 1/2 tsp bread machine yeast
- 1 cup dark brown sugar, packed
- 2 1/2 tbsp MAKARA cinnamon ( secret ingredient )
- 1/3 cup soften butter
- 4 tbsp softened butter
- 3 oz cream cheese
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Dough
- add ingredients as listed on bread machine.
- start machine on dough cycle.
- 0nce dough is done, turn onto floured rolling board and allow to rest 10 minutes.
- roll out into 16"x21" rectangle, with dough 1/4 thick.
- Filling
- combine brown sugar & makara cinnamon in bowl until mixed well.
- spread softened butter atop,sprinkle cinnamon sugar evenly atop surface.
- roll dough into jelly roll form along 16" wide side.
- cut into 12 pieces, place tolls in 9x13 bake pan,bake at 400 for approx 25 minutes or until light brown.
- remove let cool
- icing
- combine icing ingredients, until well blended, frost while rolls still in pan.
