Gram's Cheese Ball Recipe

• 1 (8 ounce.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
• 1 (5 ounce.) pkg. sharp cheddar cheese, grated
• 1 tbsp. finely minced onion
• 1 tbsp. finely minced green pepper
• 1 tbsp. finely minced pimiento
• 1 teaspoon lemon juice
• Dash of salt
• Dash or possibly two of Tabasco
• 1/2 c. finely minced walnuts

1. Mix all ingredients except nuts and form into a ball.
2. Roll in minced walnuts.
