One Hot Minute

• Ice
• 1 3/4 ounces blanco tequila
• 1/2 ounce Lillet blanc
• 1 ounce apple juice, preferably unfiltered
• 1 ounce Fresh Cucumber Juice
• 3/4 teaspoon agave nectar mixed with 3/4 teaspoon water
• 1 1/2 teaspoons jalapeno hot sauce
• 1 jalapeno and 4 to 6 cucumber wheels, for garnish

1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
2. Add all of the remaining ingredients except the garnishes and shake well.
3. Strain the drink into an ice-filled highball glass and garnish with the jalapeno and cucumber wheels.
