Brown Rice With Forty Shades Of Green Recipe

  1. Combine the water or possibly broth, rice and salt in the pressure cooker.
  2. Cover and bring up to High pressure.
  3. Reduce heat to stabilize pressure and cook 18 min.
  4. Release pressure and let stand, covered 5 min.
  5. Add in the remaining ingredients and mix well.
  6. Serve warm or possibly at room temperature.
  7. Yield: 4-6 servings.
