Open-Faced Turkey, Cranberry & Apple Sandwiches

  1. Heat broiler.
  2. Spread 1 side of each bread slice with butter.
  3. Place onto large ungreased baking sheet, buttered-side up.
  4. Combine mayonnaise and honey mustard in medium bowl.
  5. Add all remaining ingredients except cheese; mix well.
  6. Top each bread slice with about 3/4 cup turkey mixture and 1/4 cup cheese.
  7. Broil 4 to 6 inches from heat 2-4 minutes or until cheese is melted and light golden brown.
  8. *Substitute 4 bagel halves.
