Grilled Scallops Recipe irene wong

  1. Line the scallops on kitchen towel to dry.
  2. Mix and Marinate with all the ingredients and let scallops sit.
  3. Brush them with olive oil over a hot grill or on a hot pan.
  4. Slap the scallops on a hot sizzling pan for a minute or so on each side.
  5. *I like to served with orzo and some saute or grill seasonal vegetable...
  6. *Scallops should be fresh and not packed with water.
