Almond Cream Cheese Tart
- 30 to 70 grams Butter (salted is okay)
- 70 to 110 grams Cream cheese
- 50 to 70 grams Powdered sugar (or any other sugar is fine too)
- 140 grams Almond flour (poudre d'amande)
- 2 Eggs
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice (bottled lemon juice is fine)
- 1 tbsp Rum (to taste) A
- 1 Almond essence (optional) A
- 125 grams of cake flour worth for a 21 cm tart tart crust (or your favorite tart crust)
- 1 Sliced almonds and/or your favorite dried fruit
- 1 Apricot jam or marmalade
- Lightly grease the tart pan with butter or oil (not listed) if needed, and dust with cake flour.
