Asian Chicken Lettuce Wraps
- 16 ounces, weight Bag Of Pre-cut Cole Slaw Vegetables
- 1 whole Red Bell Pepper, Cored, Seeds Removed And Diced
- 1 whole Yellow Bell Pepper, Cored, Seeds Removed And Diced
- 1/4 cups Chopped Green Onion
- 2 cups Fresh Cilantro
- 3 cups Chicken, Cooked And Chopped
- 3/4 cups Asian Sesame Dressing
- 1 head Lettuce, Cleaned, With Leaves Separated
- Peanuts For Topping
- In large bowl combine the cole slaw and bell peppers.
- Add the green onion and cilantro into the bowl of a food processor and put it on chop mode for about 15 seconds.
- Then add it to the bowl of vegetables along with the chicken and Asian dressing.
- Mix everything up and scoop the mixture onto lettuce leaves for a wrap.
- Top the lettuce wrap with peanuts.
