Sashimi
- 1 pound red snapper fillets
- 5 tablespoons soy sauce, tamari
- 1 each carrots shredded
- 1 each celery cut up
- 1 each turnip
- Holding the fish firmly, cut straight down in slices about 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick and 1 inch wide, depending on the size of the fillet.
- Serve with dipping sauce (combine ingredients).
