Tuna Pasta Salad A' L'oriental
- 1 cup curly pasta
- 1 cup tuna, lightly broken up with fork
- 1 cup snow peas, chopped into 1-inch pieces or 1 cup frozen green pea
- 12 cup green onion, chopped
- 12 cup mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sherry wine
- 1 teaspoon gingerroot, grated
- fresh ground black pepper
- chopped cashews or peanuts, for topping
- Cook pasta in boiling water until al dente; drain, cool.
- Mix remaining ingredients and toss with pasta.
- Let chill for 1 hour in fridge.
- Top with chopped cashews or peanuts just before serving.
