Pineapple Cream Cheese Frosting

• 1/2 cup butter, room temperature
• 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, room temperature
• 4 tablespoons pineapple juice
• 4 cups sifted confectioners' sugar

1. Cream the butter and cream cheese together with an electric mixer in a large bowl until light and fluffy.
2. Add the pineapple juice and continue beating until absorbed into the mixture.
3. Beat the confectioners' sugar into the mixture a little at a time until completely integrated.
