Baked Cod Recipe

• 4 lb cod
• 4 c. bread crumbs
• 1/2 c. butter
• 1 x onion Salt and pepper Savory

1. Skin and clean cod.
2. Sprinkle salt and pepper.
3. Mix bread crumbs, onion and savory together; put mix inside cod.
4. Place cod in a baking pan with a little water.
5. Rub butter on the cod, then bake for 2 hrs at 350.
