Mom's Cornbread Stuffing

  1. Prepare stuffing mix according to package directions (typically 3 cups water and 1/4 cup butter).
  2. Saute onion and celery in 1/4 cup butter until translucent.
  3. Brown Italian sauage.
  4. Combine all ingredients in lightly greased 13" x 9" pan.
  5. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
