Psychokat's Chili

• 1 12 lbs hot Italian sausage, casing removed
• 1 12 lbs stew meat, cubed small
• 1 tablespoon celery salt
• 1 garlic clove
• 1 large sweet onion, chopped
• 2 (3/4 ounce) packets chili seasoning mix
• 1 (16 ounce) can kidney beans, drained
• 1 (16 ounce) can navy beans, drained
• 2 (14 ounce) cans diced tomatoes (with roasted garlic)
• 2 (6 ounce) cans tomato paste (with roasted garlic)
• 2 (15 ounce) cans chicken broth

1. Crumble sausage into skillet with stew meat and onion.
2. Over medium high heat partially cook.
3. Place cooked meat into crock pot.
4. Add remaining ingredients and mix together.
5. Cook- Low- 8 hours or High 4 hours.
