Psychokat's Chili
- 1 12 lbs hot Italian sausage, casing removed
- 1 12 lbs stew meat, cubed small
- 1 tablespoon celery salt
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 large sweet onion, chopped
- 2 (3/4 ounce) packets chili seasoning mix
- 1 (16 ounce) can kidney beans, drained
- 1 (16 ounce) can navy beans, drained
- 2 (14 ounce) cans diced tomatoes (with roasted garlic)
- 2 (6 ounce) cans tomato paste (with roasted garlic)
- 2 (15 ounce) cans chicken broth
- Crumble sausage into skillet with stew meat and onion.
- Over medium high heat partially cook.
- Place cooked meat into crock pot.
- Add remaining ingredients and mix together.
- Cook- Low- 8 hours or High 4 hours.
