One Skillet Scalloped Potatoes And Ham

  1. In a large , deep skillet, heat up pan over medium heat.
  2. Add oil.
  3. Using a mandoline slicer on thinnest setting, cut cleaned and dried potatoes.
  4. Layer 1 sliced potato into pan.
  5. Sprinkle 1/4 of salt on top.
  6. Using mandoline slicer again slice onion.
  7. Layer half the onion over potatoes.
  8. Sprinkle half the pepper over with half the paprika.
  9. (1/8 teaspoon) and some of the parsley.
  10. Layer another potato and 1/4 salt.
  11. Spread corn over and place butter pats on top.
  12. Repeat steps with last two potatoes.
  13. Layer potatoes, salt, then onions, pepper then another layer of potatoes with salt.
  14. Slowly pour in half and half.
  15. Place ham on top of last layer.
  16. Sprinkle rest of the parsley.
  17. Cover dish and cook 15 minutes.
  18. After 15 minutes, uncover and top with swiss cheese and paprika, (1/8 teaspoon) Cook another 5 minutes until tender.
