Black Bean Burritos

  1. Combine black beans, onions, garlic, jalapenos, tomatoes, chili powder and water in large pot.
  2. Maintain a gentle boil for 1 and 1/2 hours.
  3. Stir in salt and cook longer beans are not tender.
  4. Warm or crisp tortillas just before serving.
  5. Drain bean mixture and mash lightly.
  6. Put 1/2 bean mixture in center of tortilla.
  7. Top with cilantro, sour cream and salsa.
  8. Fold and serve.
