Spicy Mongolian Ribs

  1. Heat barbecue for indirect grilling: Light one side of barbecue, leaving other side unlit.
  2. Close lid; heat barbecue to 350 degrees F.
  3. Place ribs on grate over unlit area; cover.
  4. Grill 2 hours or until tender, turning every 30 min.
  5. and monitoring for consistent grill temperature.
  6. Meanwhile, mix remaining ingredients until blended.
  7. Move ribs to grate over lit area of barbecue; brush with half the barbecue sauce mixture.
  8. Grill 15 min., turning and brushing occasionally with remaining barbecue sauce mixture.
