Butternut Squash Croquettes

  1. Peel and cut butternut into cubes.
  2. Steam butternut about 10~12 minutes.
  3. Add butter, salt, nutmeg and mash butternut in a bowl!
  4. Form mashed butternut into 10-12 balls.
  5. If it's too soft or wet, add some more flour.
  6. Dust each ball with flour.
  7. Dip the balks into the beaten egg.
  8. Roll in bread crumbs.
  9. Fry your butternut croquettes in hot oil until golden brown.
  10. When it turns this color, you can eat!
  11. Here you are!
