Pickle Dip

  1. Place cream cheese in a medium bowl and stir with a spoon to soften a bit.
  2. Gradually add pickle juice until desired consistency is reached.
  3. You may not need the entire amount.
  4. Add grated pickles and stir.
  5. Chill for at least 4 hours or overnight to allow the flavors to develop.
