Pickle Dip
- 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese, Softened
- 1/4 cups Dill Pickle Juice
- 1- 1/2 cup Grated Dill Pickles
- Place cream cheese in a medium bowl and stir with a spoon to soften a bit.
- Gradually add pickle juice until desired consistency is reached.
- You may not need the entire amount.
- Add grated pickles and stir.
- Chill for at least 4 hours or overnight to allow the flavors to develop.
