Preserving Cherry Red Peppers

  1. Pack peppers tightly in sterilized jars.
  2. Pour vinegar over peppers leaving 1/2" headspace.
  3. Pour boiling water over lids & screwbands; let sit 3 - 5 min.
  4. Place lids and screwbands on jars & seal.
  5. Place jars in pantry and let sit 60 - 90 days before using.
