Dalmatian Spaghetti With Prawns
- 250 g prawns
- 7 g garlic (or 1 large garlic clove)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 5 g raisins
- 14 cup tomatoes (strained juice)
- 13 cup fresh parsley leaves
- 5 g salt
- 2 g pepper (to taste)
- 12 cup wine (white, dry)
- 400 g spaghetti
- Take a large pot and put olive oil and heat it, but not too much.
- Add garlic and fry just 30 seconds and than add all prawns.
- Saute it 2 minutes, add, wine and cook 5 minutes or until alcohol evaporates.
- Add strained tomato, salt, raisins, pepper and minced parsley leaves.
- Cook not more than 15 minutes.
- In the meantime cook spaghetti according to manufacturer manual.
- Mix prawns and spaghetti and serve.
