Hawaiian Chicken

  1. - Season chicken with salt and pepper and place around outside of baking dish.
  2. Drain pineapple saving the juice.
  3. Combine stuffing mix, water, margarine and pineapple chunks.
  4. Place stuffing mixture in middle of baking dish.
  5. Add sugar and onion to pineapple juice.
  6. Pour over chicken and stuffing.
  7. Bake at 400F covered for 30-45 minutes, then uncover for 15 minutes to brown.
  8. Serves 4
