Applesauce Banana Muffins

• 1 each eggs
• 1/4 cup applesauce unsweetened
• 3/4 cup bananas mashed
• 1 1/2 cups muffin mix
• 1/2 cup walnuts chopped, optional

1. Combine egg, oil and bananas.
2. Stir in muffin mix and walnuts if using.
3. Spoon into greased muffin cups and bake at 350F (180C) F for 20 to 25 minutes.
