Kasha and Mushrooms

  1. boil water and bouillon.
  2. add mushrooms.
  3. add 1 c kasha in another saucepan over medium heat.
  4. add egg to the kasha and cook until dry.
  5. add the broth to the kasha and simmer on low (15 min).
