My Mother-in-Laws Kebabs

  2. Dice the cucumber and mix with the yogurt, garlic, and dill.
  3. Set aside in the fridge until needed.

  5. Grate onion into a large bowl.
  6. Add lamb and spices.
  7. Mix with hands until just blended.
  8. 3.
  9. Shape into 8 football shaped patties.
  10. 4.
  11. Place on broiler or hot grill for approximately 4 minutes each side or until medium rare inside.
  12. 5.
  13. Serve with rice, preferably basmati, and yogurt salad.
