Meat And Potato Casserole Recipe

• 1 pound hamburger meat
• 1 sm. onion, minced
• 1 can cream of mushroom soup
• 3 or possibly 4 potatoes (med. size)
• 2 slices American cheese

1. Brown hamburger meat with minced onion in a skillet.
2. Salt and pepper to taste.
3. Slice potatoes and place in a buttered casserole dish.
4. Add in browned meat and top with soup.
5. Bake in oven for approximately 1 hour at 375 degrees.
6. Add in cheese slices for last 10 min of baking time.
