Herbed Tomato Soup Recipe

  1. Combine tomatoes, onions, sliced celery, garlic, water, bouillon granules, basil, thyme and bay leaf in large dutch oven stirring well.
  2. Bring to boil.
  3. Cover; reduce heat and simmer 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
  4. Remove bay leaf.
  5. Place 1 to 2 c. of warm tomato mix in electric blender.
  6. Process until smooth.
  7. Transfer mix to large saucepan.
  8. Repeat with remaining mix.
  9. Cook over medium heat until warm.
  10. Label soup into serving bowls.
