Crepes Lucifer

  1. Combine flour, salt, eggs and egg yolk.
  2. Gradually stir in milk and water.
  3. Beat until smooth.
  4. Chill for 1/2 hour.
  5. Heat crepe pan until very hot and brush with melted butter.
  6. Pour batter to form a very thin layer.
  7. Cook until golden brown and then cook other side.
  8. Whip together cream cheese, chocolate and enough milk to make fluffy filling.
  9. Spoon filling in crepes, roll, and serve with Flaming Lucifer Sauce.
