Morning hash with chip dip topping
- 8 hash brown patties
- 1/4 medium red onion
- 1 tomato
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese or mozzarella
- 1/4 cup cream cheese
- dash parsley flakes
- 1/3 cilantro
- Preheat oven to 350F
- Once preheated put 8 hash browns on tray in right away (if frozen) if thawed wait until chip dip is prepped
- Chop all chip dip ingredients and mix in bowl together
- You can use this dip for bread, chips or crackers....I got bored and decided to put them on hash browns
- Once tops of one side of hash browns are browned take out tray
- Flip them and put the dip on
- Let tops brown slightly then take out
