Pork & Peppers Medley
- 1 cup Boneless Pork Chop, Diced
- 1- 1/2 Tablespoon Oyster Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1/2 teaspoons Cornstarch
- 1 whole Green Bell Pepper, Diced
- 1 whole Red Bell Pepper, Diced
- 1/2 whole Medium Yellow Onion, Diced
- 1 Tablespoon Canola Oil
- 1 whole Shallot, Minced
- 1.
- Marinate the boneless pork chops in oyster sauce, garlic powder, and corn starch for 10 minutes.
- 2.
- While the meat is marinating, continue to prep by dicing the green pepper, red pepper, and onion.
- 3.
- Heat oil and saute shallot until tender.
- Add pork to brown.
- 4.
- Add the peppers and onions to stir fry until the onions are translucent.
- 5.
- Serve over rice.
